Rolled Canvas

1. Why would I choose a Rolled Canvas?

Choose this if you want to frame or stretch the canvas yourself, ship it more affordably, or have your own preferred framer complete the final product.

2. How is it packaged for shipping?

The canvas is carefully rolled with the image facing inward to protect it. It is then placed inside a sturdy cardboard shipping tube to prevent damage.

3. Will there be creases or damage from rolling?

No. Our thick 270GSM canvas is designed to be rolled. Any temporary curl will relax once unrolled and properly stretched or framed.

4. What materials do I need to stretch it myself?

You will need stretcher bars, a staple gun, and canvas pliers. The print includes a standard border to wrap around the edges of the bars.

5. Can I order this for any image?

Yes, any image you can print as a stretched canvas can also be ordered as a Rolled Canvas, from 5"x5" up to 40"x60".

Stretched Canvas (for 0.75in Canvas)

1. What does "stretched canvas" mean?

It means the printed canvas is permanently stretched and stapled over a 0.75-inch deep wooden frame. The artwork arrives ready to hang on your wall immediately.

2. How is the canvas finished?

Our team hand-stretches and finishes each canvas, ensuring smooth corners and a tight, professional fit on the wooden frame for a gallery-style presentation.

3. What is the frame made of?

It is a custom-made wooden frame built from premium-quality wood, providing a sturdy, warp-resistant foundation for your canvas art.

4. Is the back of the canvas finished?

The back is usually left open, showing the wooden stretcher bars and staples. This is the standard, professional finish for a gallery-wrapped canvas.

Stretched Canvas (for 1.5in Canvas)

1. What is the main difference from the 0.75-inch canvas?

The primary difference is depth. This is a thicker, 1.5-inch deep gallery-style frame that creates a more dramatic, three-dimensional look on your wall.

2. Is it significantly heavier than a thinner canvas?

Yes, due to its thicker frame and heavier 380GSM canvas material, it will weigh more than a 0.75-inch canvas of the same size.

3. What style of art suits a deep canvas best?

It is ideal for bold, modern, or abstract art where the canvas depth itself becomes an important part of the artwork's statement and presence.

4. Does the extra depth require special hanging hardware?

The included hardware (like D-rings or wire) is heavy-duty to support the weight. For very large sizes, use two wall anchors for secure hanging.
