Store Settings

Store Settings in Framico let you manage important details for each connected store. You can set billing information, production preferences, and branding options. This helps make sure your orders are produced and shipped correctly.

To access these settings, log in to your Framico account, go to Stores, select the store you want to manage, and click Store Settings.

Store Information

At the top of the Store Settings page, you will see your store's name. This helps you confirm which store you are editing, especially if you manage multiple stores.

Billing Address

You can add or update the billing address for this specific store directly in Store Settings. If you added an address during your profile setup, you can edit it or add a new one here.

Production Time Preferences

Framico lets you set a preferred production speed for each store. Available options include:

  • Regular production

  • Next-day production

  • Same-day production

Choose the option that best fits your fulfillment needs and order volume. This helps manage expectations for order processing.

Production Batch Timing

  • Production batches run at 12:00 noon.

  • Orders placed between midnight and 12:00 PM are included in the same-day batch.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed in the next production cycle.

Shipping Options

  • Economy

  • Express

  • Pickup(Irvine, CA)

Store Logo

You can upload a store logo for your branding. This logo may be used on branded inserts or other packaging materials for your store's orders.

Store Printout (Thank You Note)

Framico supports custom thank-you notes or printouts to include with customer shipments.

  • Supported file formats: JPG/JPEG, PNG

  • A sample template is available for download to help with your design.

Once you upload an approved file, your printout will be included during order fulfillment.

Branding Inserts

You can add custom branding inserts, such as round stickers or postcards, to your orders.

  • Supported file format: JPG/JPEG, PNG

  • Designs must meet Framico’s guidelines.

  • Additional charges may apply for these custom inserts.

All uploaded branding files are reviewed by our team before they are approved for production.
