While Framico automates order fulfillment through connected stores, you can also create orders manually.

Manual orders are useful when:

  • You are selling directly or offline to a customer.

  • You do not have a store connected to Framico.

  • You are handling a bulk or custom order.

  • You need full control over the product setup.

This guide explains how to create a manual order step by step.

Step 1: Access the Orders Section

  1. Log in to your Framico account.

  2. From the left-hand navigation menu, click Orders.

  3. Click Create New Order to begin.

Step 2: Select Pack Options

The first option is Pack Selection.

A pack lets you bundle several of the same item into one order. For example, if a customer wants multiple posters shipped together, you can choose a pack of 2, 3, or up to 6 items.

This is helpful for bulk orders or when a customer buys more than one of the same product.

Step 3: Upload or Select an Image

Next, add the artwork for your product.

You can choose to upload a new image directly from your computer or, select an image you have already saved in your Framico Image Library.

Important:

  • Make sure your images are high resolution (we recommend 300 DPI) for the best print quality.

  • Keeping your commonly used designs in your Library makes creating future orders much faster.

Step 4: Select Product Category

After selecting the image, choose the product category.

For example:

  • Fine Art Paper Print

  • Canvas Print

Select the appropriate category based on the product you are creating.

Step 5: Choose Size

Now select the print size.

You can:

  • Enter a custom size (from 4 Γ— 4 inches up to 43 Γ— 100 inches), or

  • Choose from predefined popular sizes

Example:

Select 18 Γ— 24 inches based on the wall or display requirements.

Step 6: Select Bleed Option

Choose if your print requires bleed.

The available options are:

  • No bleed

  • 0.25 inch to 1 inch bleed

Tip: If the design does not require trimming beyond the image edge, select No Bleed.

Step 7: Edit the Image

You can now adjust how the image appears on the product.

The available editing options are:

  • Cropping the image

  • Zooming in or out

  • Adjusting the visible area of the design

Choose the orientation for your image that fits your design best.

  • Portrait (vertical)

  • Landscape (horizontal)

Once you are satisfied, click Save. The edited image will be saved to your Image Library for future use.

Step 8: Product Mapping

After saving the image, Framico automatically performs product mapping.

The system maps:

  • Image

  • Product category

  • Size

  • Material and selected options

Once completed, the product setup is finalized.
