Onboarding Checklist

The Onboarding Checklist on your dashboard helps you get started quickly and set up your Framico account for smooth order processing.

After you log in, you will see the checklist. It guides you through three key steps to complete your setup.

Completing the checklist ensures your account is ready for automated fulfillment.

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

The first step in your onboarding checklist is to finish your account profile.

  • Click "Go to Settings" from the checklist on your dashboard.

  • Add your business address. This is required to continue.

This sets up your account for correct billing, shipping, and communication. You can update other settings, like notifications, later.

Step 2: Connect Your Store

The next step is to connect your online store for automated fulfillment.

If you already connected a store, you can review it here. To connect a new one:

  • Select your store platform (like Etsy or Shopify).

  • Sign in using your store credentials.

  • Authorize the connection to Framico.

Once connected, your store will sync with Framico. This allows orders to flow into the platform automatically for processing.

Step 3: Add Funds to Your Wallet

The final step is to add funds to your Framico wallet for order payments.

How to Add Funds:

  • Go to the Billing section.

  • Add funds based on your expected order volume.

  • Enter your card details to add a payment method.

Payment Security:

  • Framico does not store your card details.

  • All payments are processed securely by Clover Security, a PCI-compliant processor.

  • All payment information is encrypted.

You can also set up auto-funding. This automatically adds money to your wallet when the balance gets low, helping to prevent order delays.

Completing Your Onboarding

Once you finish all three checklist steps, your onboarding process is complete.

Your Framico account is now ready to start processing and fulfilling orders. You can begin setting up your products and placing orders right away.
