2. Refused Orders or Address Not Found
Orders that are refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are not eligible for a free replacement.
What happens in these cases
The order can be reshipped upon request
An additional shipping charge will apply for reshipping

Address issues caused by the customer are not covered under free replacement policies
