Shipping, Replacement, and Return Policy

1. Item Defect or In-Transit Damage

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, we’re here to help.

What we offer

  • A free replacement for the affected item

What’s required

  • Clear proof of damage or defect (such as photos of the product and packaging)

Important notes

  • Replacement requests must be submitted after delivery

  • Claims without proof may not be eligible for replacement

2. Refused Orders or Address Not Found

Orders that are refused by the recipient or returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are not eligible for a free replacement.

What happens in these cases

  • The order can be reshipped upon request

  • An additional shipping charge will apply for reshipping

Important notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout

  • Address issues caused by the customer are not covered under free replacement policies

3. General Returns and Order Changes

We do not offer refunds for general return requests.

This includes situations where:

  • The customer wants to change the size

  • The customer changes their mind

  • The customer wants to purchase a different design

  • All products are made to order

  • Refunds are not available for preference-based or non-defect-related reasons
